Dr. Tanya Petrossian was recently named Entrepreneur in Residence for Mayor Garcetti’s Office, announced her biotech startup, EndoCyclic Therapeutics, and won Biocom’s Life Sciences Catalyst Award. She’s also the Principal at Building Blocks Advisory Group, a scientific advising service that helps biotech companies develop commercialization strategy. Dr. Petrossian has accomplished all this in less time than many scientists spend as postdocs. Come hear how she transitioned from academia to industry to entrepreneurship, and why she’s chosen Los Angeles as the best place to start her biotech company.
