Meet Visa Sponsoring Employers at the International Career Fair on April 18

Attending a career fair is a great way to meet with organizations and find your next career opportunity. Here are the top three reasons to participate in the International Career Fair on April 18:

  1. Meet with visa-sponsoring organizations looking to hire you. Employers attend this event because they want to hire you. For some of these organizations, it will be their first on-campus recruiting event at USC this year, so come prepared.
  2. Land a job offer. At other career fairs, not all organizations are interested in hiring international students. This fair is different. All the organizations at this fair want to hire international students! Remember, your cultural understanding and language skills set you apart from domestic students. You can help employers reach new international markets, communicate effectively with international clients, as well as come up with innovative ideas and creative solutions.
  3. Learn about careers and organizations you may not have considered. Come learn about opportunities from a wide range of organizations from different industries. It is best to explore as many different employers as possible, especially if employers are willing to sponsor you. Think long-term: your first post-graduation job can be a stepping stone for other great career opportunities!
