Thank you volunteers for all your hard work this semester!
#ServeOn this holiday season with our community partners around LA!

We would like to thank you all for your participation and continued support of the Volunteer Center this Fall Semester! You have made an immeasurable impact on your community and we are so inspired by the enthusiasm we see from you all at our events.

Read on for volunteer shoutouts to those who have attended all the Fall Friends & Neighbors Day events, as well as updates on our Alternative Breaks and Internship Programs!

Friends & Neighbors Day (FND) is one of the easiest ways to introduce yourself to service at USC. One Saturday per month, we gather hundreds of USC students together for a day of service, impacting hundreds of LA residents by working with nonprofit partners all around our local community. Thanks to all 412 of our outstanding volunteers over the past semester, Friends & Neighbors Day has continued to grow and serve the causes affecting those around us.

To recognize all the hard work they have put in, we would like to give a shoutout a few outstanding students who have attended ALL of our FND’s this semester!

  • Abriannah Aiken, Brittany Boxley, Bethany Chen, Charles Kang, Frank Lee, Nilesh Dinesh Savanur, Isidoro Serna, Jordan Sims, and Samantha Zhang

Thank you so much for your dedication to service and for your continued support of our programs! We look forward to seeing all of you all at our future service events!

We’re planning big things for FND in the Spring so stay tuned!
