Feel Better Workshops

These drop in workshops do not require registration and are offered every Thursday from 4:00 – 5:00 in the Trojan Conference Room on the first floor of Engemann. These year-round workshops focus on helping students learn some additional skills. There are five topics that occur the same week each month.
1st Thursday: Stress Management
2nd Thursday: Managing Emotions
3rd Thursday: Calm your Anxiety
4th Thursday: Relationships and Connection
5th Thursday: (in months that have a 5th week): Addressing Academic Anxiety: Preventing Perfectionism and Procrastination
