The Research and Fellowship Week, in its 3rd year incarnation, organized by the Graduate School, will take place October 29-November 2 in DML 240. The week’s purpose is to help graduate and undergraduate students develop a better understanding of fellowships and grants, which could help them get through their course of study and thesis-based research. Through intermediation by Dean Quinlan, a research themed library-focused session will be led by Eimmy Solis, Melanee Vicedo, and Kevin Klipfel on November 1, titled “Research for a Successful Proposal.”
Students don’t need to go to all the events during that week, it’s more like a tasting menu, and a nutritional one at that.
For those of you with contacts, please publicize the week, as its overall schedule may be of interest to a variety of constituencies.
