The USC Viterbi School of Engnieering is hosting the 3^rd Annual Viterbi Graduate Hackathon!  

What: This 24-hour hackathon will feature two challenge areas:

• Cyber Security
• Blockchain

When: Saturday, April 6, 2019 through Sunday, April 7, 2019

Where: SC Tower, Downtown Los Angeles

Who: Only current Viterbi Graduate Students are eligible to apply

Interested students should organize a team of 4 – 5 students and apply by 5:00 PM PDT on Friday, March 29, 2019.  Selected teams will be notified on Monday, April 1st and will be required to submit a $20 deposit to reserve their spot. The $20 will be returned on the first day of the hackathon. Transportation will be provided to the SC Tower from UPC on Saturday morning and also from SC Tower back to UPC on Sunday after the competition. Meals and snacks will also be provided.

The hackathon is a challenging and rewarding experience for all participants. Students will have the opportunity to network with mentors and present their solutions to a panel of experts. The winning teams will receive bragging rights, plus Viterbi prizes, in addition to $200 per person!
