Manager, Corporate Recruitment

Erin manages corporate recruitment activities, which includes DEN@Viterbi programs geared for professionals and continuing education programs.

Instructional Designer , Instructional Support Services

Kevin works in the DEN@Viterbi Instructional Support Center.  He assists faculty and teaching assistants with online teaching technology and pedagogy.

Instructional Technologist

Cherie oversees the DEN@Viterbi Technical Support Center in the mornings.  She assists with Instructional Design initiatives and academic and administrative services for DEN@Viterbi students including D2L Brightspace support.

Technical Support Center Coordinator

Daniel oversees the DEN@Viterbi Technical Support Center in the evenings.  He assists with academic and administrative services for DEN@Viterbi students, including D2L Brightspace support.

Exams Coordinator, Instructional Support Center

Shirley oversees all DEN@Viterbi exams administration.  She schedules and organizes all exams and quizzes for DEN@Viterbi students.

Jared oversees academic and administrative services for DEN@Viterbi students including course scheduling and degree program management.

Advisor, Master's Student Services

Patty provides academic advisement services for the master's students and provides dedicated services for DEN@Viterbi students.

Advisor, International Student Programs

Yadi provides academic advisement services for the master's students and helps coordinate important services for international master's students. Yadi seems to enjoy everything life has to offer.

Assistant Director, Graduate Events and Programming

Juli organizes and plans important events and programming for master's students.

Advisor, Master’s Student Services

Andrea provides academic advisement services for the master’s students and coordinate student engagement services. Andrea would love to share all fun things to do in Los Angeles.

Project Manager

Melissa is the manager for the Experience Viterbi App, who manages all initiatives and updates of the App to collect campus resources for Viterbi students.

Budget Business Technician

Carol manages the department's office affairs including procurement services. Carol enjoys spending time with her family and friends while camping, going to the river and Dodger games.

Business Affairs Coordinator 

Jennifer oversees the front desk including general inquiries, support and other office support.
