If you have late fees or finance on your account, please fill out the form below to request that they be waived. Please wait for your funding awards to post before you submit a waiver request. Fees will not be waived until after funding awards have posted. Please check your MyUSC balance immediately before requesting.

Requirements:

• You must have paid any fees that are due and your responsibility (i.e. Graduate Programming Fees or Norman Topping Fee) by the settlement date in order to be approved for a waiver.
• Please allow 5 business days for processing and then review your account in my USC.
• Do not submit duplicate requests. We will email you if your waiver request is denied. Otherwise, please allow processing time. This form is only for late fees and finance charges.
