Master’s students applying for OPT can now e-mail their 12 Month OPT I-20 Request Form to the GAPP office and a GAPP advisor will review and e-mail you back the signed form in PDF format so you can upload the form directly to the OIS OPT I-20 Request System. Please include your USC ID and email your OPT I-20 Request Form to masters@gapp.usc.edu.
