We hope you are as just excited for the new academic year as we are in the Graduate and Professional Programs (GAPP) Office. We welcomed our new Viterbi Graduate Students at Orientation and hosted our Viterbi Welcome Week last week where attendance was the most in Viterbi history! We look forward to hearing about your summer. Whether you did an internship out of state or at USCilicon Beach or visited family back at home, we are happy your back at USC Viterbi ready to embark on new challenges and exciting opportunities.
The GAPP Office is here is help in any way and want to announce we now have dedicated Walk-In Advising hours from 10am to 3pm, Monday through Friday in OHE 106. Walk-in Advising is designed to help students address questions or concerns in a timely fashion. If we don’t have the answer, we will help you find the answer. Please note that if you want to see a GAPP advisor for more than a 5-10 minute session or outside of the Walk-in Advising times, you can email us directly to set-up an appointment. Be sure to always include your USCID and reason for the appointment when emailing an advisor.
As you begin your classes, remember the last day to add a class is Friday, September 7.
