Orientations are scheduled as listed below. You are required to attend only one session based on your admitted academic department. You will receive a registration link in your USC Email in shortly.

Fall 2018 DEN@Viterbi Online Orientations
DEN@Viterbi students will have the opportunity to participate in our general and program specific online orientations. These online interactive orientations will be a great forum to ask questions about registration, degree progress, academic support, student services, and provides an opportunity to meet your advisors and classmates. A recording of the session and a copy of the presentation will be available for those students who were unable to participate in the live on-line session.

You will be able to participate in these orientations via WebEx, an online web and audio conferencing tool. You can listen to the orientation and participate in the icebreaker with either a computer headset or telephone. You may also ask questions via the chat panel. The link provided below will allow you to register as a participant and then you will be sent the appropriate link to join the session:
Check to make sure your system will allow you to join WebEx and install any plugins if you use Chrome or Firefox. Finally, you can test your system to make sure it all works. Let us know if you have any problems getting WebEx up and running.

Orientation for all new Viterbi PhD students will take place: Tuesday, August 7, 2018 9:00am-12:00pm in the Epstein Family Engineering Plaza. A continental breakfast will be provided.
